Refund and Cancellation Policy

General Policy:
Refunds are only available before the program begins. No refunds will be issued once the program starts.

Refund Structure (Before Program Start):

• 14 Days or More Before Start Date: 100% refund (excluding bank transfer or administrative costs).
• 7-13 Days Before Start Date: 75% refund.
• 1-6 Days Before Start Date: 30% refund.
• On or After the Start Date: No refunds.

EU Clients:
In compliance with the EU Consumer Protection Directive, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for cancellations if the program hasn’t started. If the program begins within this period, you must sign a waiver acknowledging the no-refund policy.

International Clients:
The same refund structure applies without the EU cooling-off period.

Availability and Working Hours:

• Working Days: Monday to Friday.
• Due to time zone differences, inquiries will be addressed promptly during working hours.
